- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is not the lowest in the market because we’re professionals doing this for almost 12years and focused on the clients needs and priorities! Our service is customizable and satisfaction guaranteed! We love to gift our clients when they share a kind referral!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact, answering questions and scheduling and estimate. Second, adjust the estimate according to the clients priorities. Third, schedule first/deep cleaning. Follow up with feedback request to make sure everything went as planned and last, we set a regular schedule with the desired frequency of the NEW client ;)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each crew member goes through a very detailed training before going o their on. We want to ensure that every job will fulfill the clients expectations!
