We hired Artem through Thumbtack to mount two TVs in our home a 65” Samsung Frame and a 55” LG and the experience was excellent from start to finish! Both installs required drilling into concrete, which we were understandably nervous about, but Artem handled it like an absolute pro! He came fully prepared with all the right tools, explained what he was doing, and worked with total confidence and precision. Watching him work immediately put us at ease. Communication was clear and responsive leading up to the appointment, and he showed up on time, organized, and ready to go. He was incredibly kind, respectful of our home, and took great care to clean up thoroughly once everything was finished.
