Weekend Warrior Project I have started a charitable program through my personal training company. I call it the Weekend Warrior Project. We are raising awareness and charitable giving for the Wounded Warrior Project. We are doing this through health & fitness. - What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask to meet up with them in advance to signing up. Spend some time getting to know them and their style of training. Many trainers are willing to do a free trial session. This is a good opportunity to test the waters. Believe me we want it to be a good fit for you and us too.
