- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and based on the service level and urgency of the assignment. Standard process service starts at $65, Rush service is $100, and Same-Day service is $160, with up to three attempts included at the provided address. Additional attempts, extended travel, parking, unusually large document volume, court fees, or special handling may result in additional charges. I also offer custom pricing for repeat business or higher-volume clients when appropriate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by reviewing the service request, documents, recipient information, address, deadline, and any special instructions. Once the service level and pricing are confirmed and payment is received, I begin the assignment according to the selected timeline. I provide updates throughout the process and document each attempt carefully. After completion, I provide the appropriate proof of service or non-service documentation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than seven years of management experience with a professional background in operations, security, and risk management. My experience has required strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, situational awareness, discretion, and professional communication. I am also currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, which continues to strengthen my knowledge of the legal and criminal justice system.
