Highly Recommend Alfonso and his TrueShield team! From start to finish Adolfos communication were exceptional. We needed help in replacing half of our commercial roof that was less than 8-year-old roof unfortunately due to Loberg Roofings poor workmanship install. TrueShield attention to detail was impressive, and they conducted themselves with professionalism throughout the entire process.Alfonso went above and beyond to help put us at ease he was very detailed in his walk through while in the attic, roof and his quote. He was always patient and willing to explain in detail any questions during multiple meetings through each phase of the installation. We had several equipment HVAC Units, Fans, and refrigeration coolers we needed detached and reattached. Alfonso was on site with me during several meetings with the HVAC and electrician crews. I valued his opinions and guidance.His team were all very professional with high attention to detail and respectful of our tenants, their customers and employees on our property. They left our property very clean after the roof installation. Alfonso and his team also helped hoist our Cooler up on the roof without any extra charge.We chose TrueShiled roofing out of multiple other roofers we met with. Alfonso was very transparent and trustworthy. Their quote was not the lowest or the highest he was middle range. He outlined all the fees and was honest and not overpriced. We will continue to refer TrueShield roofing for any commercial and residential roofing.Thank you, Alfonso and Team!

We recently had our roof replaced by True Shield Roofing at our home in Mukilteo, WA and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, hardworking, and took the time to explain the entire process so we knew exactly what to expect.They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure the property was kept clean throughout the project. The quality of the work is outstanding and the new roof looks amazing.Its not always easy choosing a roofing company, but were very glad we went with True Shield Roofing. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

My neighbor recommended True Shield Roofing and I am so glad I hired them! They replaced the entire roof on my 100+ year old home (insulation, sheathing, shingles), installed ventilation, and replaced the gutters. The experience was terrific from start to finish. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they conducted themselves with professionalism throughout the entire process.Out of multiple companies I requested quotes from, Ildefonso and his TrueShield team was the best value and the most transparent. Quotes I got from other companies buried additional fees in contract terms that made them seem less expensive at first glance, but after reading the fine print they would have been at least +20% more.TrueShield also stood out for their trustworthiness and exceptional communication. As this was my first time replacing a roof, I appreciated how clearly and patiently Ildefonso explained my options and provided guidance when I had questions. He was consistently respectful and made the process feel approachable and straightforward. I was even out of town for a portion of the job and trusted Ildefonso to everything on track and well managed, which he did. After the job was finished, TrueShield thoroughly cleaned my entire property as good as new (probably better) - not a single stray nail left behind. Thank you Ildefonso and the TrueShield team - highly recommend!
