With these challenging times, Heis roofing was patient and flexible with my requests. I asked if we could do this contact free because we have a high risk family member, and he respected my situation. With using phone calls, texting, and emails we were able to proceed smoothly without sacrificing professionalism. I even was able to mail in a signed contract with deposit to initiate the start of the project. The material arrived earlier then the start date (this showed me Alfonzo’s organization skills) and on the start date,the crew showed up in the morning and started to work without delay. They moved items on my deck to the side and put down cover on my deck. This showed that they respected my property. Each day they would clean up,and when the job was done they left the property better then when they started. This being an older house there was some boards needing replaced and I appreciated the pictures of before and after to keep me in the loop of the much needed repairs. The final walk went quickly and Alfonzo made sure all questions were answered and that I was happy with the end result. With the repairs made the overall price was very reasonable and I will have no problem referring Heis Roofing to my friends, family, and co-workers. Thank you and your crew for all the hard work, professionalism, craftsmanship, and flexibility that made this project a success.

Everything about this company is awesome! Ilde the owner is as good as they come. From the time we rec'd our bid to the time our roof was finished was a pleasure working with this company. The price was good and the work looks great! There was one section of our roof that had a bulge and the owner redid that section so that it would look better. Overall, a fantastic experience working with this company.
