Derek was great to work with. We connected over email and text and we set up an appointment very easily. We had him go through our alarm and check everything and fix a number of issues that have been bugging us for a couple of years. All in great working order when he left. I wanted to discuss some add-ons and we agreed to them as well. He was easy to work with and didn’t try to upsell me (I already had in mind some things I wanted to add). Pleased with the work. Pleased with how he communicated through the whole process and even confirmed morning of as well as when he was on his way to our house. Derek was excellent to work with, from the very first communication all the way through to the completed work. I had a 23 year old security system that needed to be upgraded. Digitech responded with 30 minutes scheduled a time to take a look at it and gave me options and a quote. If I could add more stars, I would. Not only did I get quick responses, but I received detailed descriptions on what would be expected. Also, he came to install the doorbell camera on the same day that I was inquiring about it. There was a little hiccup with the battery being so drained, but Derek(sp?) was patient and wanted to make sure all worked properly before he finished the installation and left. I highly recommend using Digital Tech Group for any securityinstallation needs.
