Derek was great to work with. We connected over email and text and we set up an appointment very easily. We had him go through our alarm and check everything and fix a number of issues that have been bugging us for a couple of years. All in great working order when he left. I wanted to discuss some add-ons and we agreed to them as well. He was easy to work with and didn’t try to upsell me (I already had in mind some things I wanted to add). Pleased with the work. Pleased with how he communicated through the whole process and even confirmed morning of as well as when he was on his way to our house. He took his time to make sure we covered everything we wanted done. Definitely recommend and will keep working with him for our house. Thanks.

I recently hired the Digital Tech Group team for a complete low-voltage structured cabling project at our home, including multiple interior Cat6 drops, patch panel termination, and exterior PoE security cameras/doorbell installation. They were exceptional from start to finish.

The crew were extremely punctual, arriving right on time early in the morning and working diligently all day. Throughout the planning and installation process, Derek was incredibly responsive, answering every message fast and offering valuable professional guidance—such as recommending weather-sealed camera mounting boxes and properly punching down all runs to a patch panel for clean modularity rather than cutting corners.

The cable runs are neatly routed, all ports are clearly labeled, and the entire system was tested and running seamlessly before they wrapped up. Fair pricing, commercial-grade workmanship, and top-notch communication. I highly recommend them for any structured cabling, networking, or security camera projects and will definitely hire them again if needed!

Derek was excellent to work with, from the very first communication all the way through to the completed work. I had a 23 year old security system that needed to be upgraded. Digitech responded with 30 minutes scheduled a time to take a look at it and gave me options and a quote. They ordered what I needed and installed 1 week later. Everything explained in detail and he didn't leave until I was totally comfortable. Also helped with my smoke detectors and carbon dioxide.
