I had a 23 year old security system that needed to be upgraded. Digitech responded with 30 minutes scheduled a time to take a look at it and gave me options and a quote. They ordered what I needed and installed 1 week later. Everything explained in detail and he didn't leave until I was totally comfortable. Also helped with my smoke detectors and carbon dioxide. Timely, professional, fair value, super nice guy!

When I contacted them, they came over quickly to look at our camera installation plan and give an estimate. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. My husband decided that he would be able to manage the job himself, but we would definitely use them if he hadn’t. Responsive, helpful, and very good prices.

If I could add more stars, I would. Not only did I get quick responses, but I received detailed descriptions on what would be expected. Also, he came to install the doorbell camera on the same day that I was inquiring about it. There was a little hiccup with the battery being so drained, but Derek(sp?) was patient and wanted to make sure all worked properly before he finished the installation and left. I highly recommend using Digital Tech Group for any security installation needs.

I just bought my house and was replacing the existing Ring doorbell with a Ubiquiti doorbell. I was getting a low power error, so figured it was a problem with the transformer. It was absolutely a problem with the transformer, but there was a bit more to it than just that. There was an existing transformer that was installed behind the doorbell, it was expecting 120v input, but the wiring was low gauge and definitely not rated for 120. He recognized that immediately and was able to figure out that there was a second transformer installed in the basement for some reason. He removed both transformers, installed my newer, higher power transformer, got it wired up correctly, then even stuck around until I could get the software side of it working so we could confirm that the chime was working. Great work, very professional, would definitely recommend him.
