- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is per lesson, according to its length. Cancellations need to be made 24hrs in advance so I can plan accordingly, otherwise I still need to charge for that lesson. This helps me actually stay in business!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will get to know each other, I’ll ask about your music background (if there is one) and interests, we will warmup and sing a little to give me an idea of your voice and it’s range, I’ll teach proper basic techniques, diagnose any issues, and give you ways to warmup on your own as well as good vocal care tips, and we will get started!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of performing including classical competitions and solos, jazz, a capella ensembles, fashion shows, musical theatre, pop, R&B, etc. Year of vocal performance study at the College of Southern Idaho, 1-2 years of work in LA with a talent agency
