FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the scope and complexity of your books, the services you need, and how much cleanup or ongoing support is required. I offer transparent, flat-rate packages whenever possible so you always know what to expect. Clean, well-organized books cost less; heavy cleanup or catch-up work may have an additional fee. I also provide a free 20–30 minute consultation to review your situation and give you an accurate, customized quote. No surprises, no hidden fees, and no long-term contracts unless you request one. If you need monthly bookkeeping, payroll, or tax support, bundle pricing and ongoing client discounts are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is designed to make onboarding smooth and stress-free: 1. Free Consultation (20–30 minutes) We review your current situation, identify problem areas, and clarify what you need. 2. File Review & Access You grant secure, limited access to your QuickBooks or financial documents so I can assess the condition of your books and confirm the scope. 3. Customized Proposal I provide a clear plan, timeline, and flat-rate pricing based on your needs—cleanup, ongoing bookkeeping, payroll, tax support, or FP&A services. 4. Cleanup & Setup I organize your books, fix errors, streamline workflows, and set you up with efficient systems so everything runs smoothly going forward. 5. Ongoing Support Once everything is in order, I deliver monthly reports, maintain your books, handle payroll or tax needs, and provide ongoing financial insight. The goal is simple: get your books clean, keep them accurate, and give you a financial system that supports your business—not overwhelms it.
