Introduction
I’m Kevin, and my assistant Handypup is Barley. He doesn’t usually help me on job sites, instead helps mom keep things running smoothly on the business end at home. Barley says I ensure work is done right, even if it’s more difficult. I work frequently with real estate professionals and property managers for handling pre-inspection items and property turn overs. Kevin was great from the start. He communicated quickly and professionally to set up the appointment. He was punctual the day of. He did the things on my list well, he was respectful of property and did not leave a mess. His fee was more than fair and I plan on using him again in the very near future.
