FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job that I do is tailored to what my customer needs are, therefore not all jobs are priced the same. Majority of jobs are $15/hour if I am providing the supplies. If the customer is providing the supplies then it is $10/hour. If the customer is requesting several small jobs then I do give a quote that has a discount and I base it off a general time frame.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In April 2012 I became unemployed from my full time job. The following March I began clipping coupons to help save on food and household expenses for my family. Now I send all my expired coupons, and ones that I will never use over seas to a military family that shares with other military families. I have always enjoyed working in an office environment. With those two facts, I enjoy helping others with saving money and time with errands that they can't do or would like help with.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
At this time, I am just starting out but I do purchase items that are on sale for friends and family. I also purchase items and then sell them online at a price that is just over what I paid for them to pass on the savings to them and cover my gas and time.
