Tom catered 2 events for us. We had a card night, in which he provided authentic Mexican carnitas which were a real crowd pleaser. Most of the guests when back for seconds, if not thirds. Our second event was for our group after a day skiing at Crystal mountain. It was a large group, so we had a comfort food night with both chicken pot pie and roasted leg of lamb. Both were delicious and feed all the hungry skiers. Tom showed up on time, was professional and his delicious food made my guests and myself happy and satisfied. I can't wait to use his services again.
