Wow! I am in customer service, and as a Captain at El Gaucho since 2007, I would say I can tell when it’s being done at the highest level. John was a true Pro! He assessed the wiring situation, complicated over the years by many different people, and untangled it, making sure of the quality of work. He explained his process as he worked, and executed an amazing job. So now, not only do I have my master bedroom on a dedicated Ethernet connection, but I know what is going on electrically throughout my home!
