There is a diagnostic fee that is minimum of $173. I didn't know about this and at no point was it explained to me. The guy who came out and diagnosed the issue in 20min was perfectly lovely and professional, zero issues there, I absolutely would have had him do the work if it hadn't been a very simple fix that I was able to do myself. Steep price for a diagnostic.
