The trees Adams Restoration trimmed were overgrown, huge, and had a lot of dead limbs. Cheryl and her husband were wonderful! They did a difficult job in record time and on budget! I am very pleased with their work. They listened to what I wanted and offered professional advice.

Arrived early without proper equipment and multiple reasons stating why my lawn could not be properly tended to and why rescheduling would be better for them and there hectic schedule after a date,time,and all other specifics were discussed days prior. I would not recommend this company due to a lack of professionalism maybe as a U.S Army veteran and a consumer who does not have time to waste I hold all businesses to a higher standard which was not met by this company.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is $20/hr. If we need to negotiate that wage I would consider with a trade of plants or whatever you have to barter with.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out what needs are to be met, whether I can fulfill them, and what the labor is worth to me in $$. I offer flexibility and require some of the same from my clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA degree in Social Science which means I care about people and the human condition. I've worked with and for people of different orientations for many years. I have family members and friends with various disabilities and had wonderful relationships with elderly clients. Working in customer service as a waitress for 15 yrs taught me great interaction skills.
