Last summer, I decided I wanted to create a video to be given to my children after my death. I spoke with Douglas Palmer, who agreed to do the filming in my back yard. The filming was completed in less than four hours and I then anticipated a long wait to see the finished product. However, Doug had other ideas. Within a few days, he asked me to come over to work on some changes, add extra photos, and so forth. The end result was amazing. Doug went what I consider above and beyond what was expected. He completed the project in a very reasonable period of time and the quality of the work was far beyond my expectations. `Not only did he make the film flow beautifully by his expert editing, he took out the uglies.mostly me smacking my lips before I speak! I never realized I did that until I saw the rough cut.and Im so happy Doug was able to remove the smacks. This experience was lovely from start to finish. Nothing went wrong, nothing could have improved my experience, and I cant think of anything that Doug could do better in the future. I am extremely pleased with the end product and will highly recommend Doug Palmer to anyone wishing to record an experience on video. Thanks to Doug, I know that the video will offer comfort to my children after my passing.

So nice to work with a professional who know how to get the shots you want. It is obvious that Doug is passionate about what he does and it shows. He went above and beyond to make sure our daughter's wedding day was captured beautifully.

Very professional and easy to work with. He was able to understand what I wanted and knew how to technically deliver what I needed. He took a video that I thought was lost and made it a family heirloom. We will be using his services again.

The DVD he created was so professional. He had interviews with our parents and us in the extra section and even chapter points. He then let me pick photos out of the video since the photographer did a bad job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I meet often with professional cinematographers, and editors to keep up with the industry. I find collaborating with others a great way to continue our education.
What types of customers have you worked with?
we do many different types of work. Including website videos Advertising and wedding and family events. We can also provide same-day edit to be viewed at the reception. Thought this does increase the costs, it is well worth it.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We love being connected with cinematographers and working onset for short films.
