I was not able to connect to internet on my computer - after diagnosis it was determined to be a software issue - he gave me a great deal on upgrading to windows 10.- Installed all the software I needed and gave me a working computer. He provided outstanding customer service from start to finish and has followed up since to ensure I am satisfied with the work done. Will be utilizing his services again and recommend him to all my friends.
