Introduction: Weddings: I have written a very creative ceremony with many inspirational passages. As a former Lutheran pastor, I completed four years of seminary after four years of college. As a present Interfaith minister, I am open to all faith expressions, but I am also happy to perform a secular service.
I have been a resident chaplain at Swedish Medical Center, First Hill Campus, in Seattle, working with people with severe health issues and medical conditions.
I have more than forty years experience working with couples and performing ceremonies. I am open to a couple's needs and suggestions. I am flexible, honest to a fault and am very creative. As an author I have many years experience speaking in public and know a in public speaking.
Also, as a writer, I have published six books, and was a columnist for United Press International. I have edited other author's books and have published works by more than a dozen authors.
For both my ministerial services, as well as in my writing and public speaking, I like the creativity called for, as well as the challenge of dealing with people's issues and addressing their needs
As a minister, I like to meeting new people, getting to know them and working together to create something special for their special day. If a couple requests marital counseling, I very much like working people on that level.
As a writer, I love the creativity, the research and the overall challenge of a writing project.
