Introduction: As a former niche publisher and an author of eight books, countless newspaper and online opinion columns, academic papers, sermons and advertising copy, I can take on almost any kind of writing project for people who don't have the time, interest or ability to write their own material or do the research. I am also available to coach writers and to read and critique manuscripts. My background also includes: > United Press International columnist (spirituality and religion categories) > Copywriting for more than 70 CD’s (which were produced by my own company) > Publishing other authors (also coaching them on how to write their own books) > Producing scripts for spoken word recordings > Creating more than 1,000 hours of material as a radio commentator and talk show host > Interviewing (among many) Ram Dass, Karen King, Richard Bach & Stanislav Grof Working with the late Earl Nightingale, world-wide syndicated radio commentator & motivational speaker, I recorded and edited his radio scripts and motivational tape series for the Nightingale-Conant Corp. and for world-wide syndication. In the mid-1980's I created a start-up music label which grew in sales from zero to five million dollars annually in eight years. As the nature recordist for Nature Recordings, my environmental sound recordings have been played and sold in hundreds of venues, including: The Smithsonian Institution, The American Museum of Natural History, The Monterey Bay Aquarium, Hallmark giftstores, The San Diego Zoo, Virgin Records (in Europe), Disneyland and Disney World. Three years after I founded the record label, I gradually introduced recordings combining nature sounds and music (World Disc Productions), adding and managing ten recording artists who were signed exclusively with our company. My topical interest in writing is broad. Although the eight books I've written over the past decade fall into the categories of comparative religion and New Testament criticism, my other writing encompasses numerous topics and styles. I particularly enjoy academic subjects. As for newspaper and web opinion columns I've often indulged my passion for writing satire. I'm confident that I can assist you with writing projects, regardless of the subject matter. The skill of creativity and writing is ultimately the most important aspect of a finished product, whether it is research, blog entries, ghostwriting a book, writing a dissertation or developing a memoir.
