I have built/remodeled a large variety of projects from simple repairs to full residential and commercial/industrial renovations and hirise. Bill did an excellent job with my kitchen remodel. He was professional, courteous and honest; all hard traits to find in a general contractor. Because of where I live many contractors were overbidding the job. Bills pricing was more than fair. The job started with an assessment of my needs and figuring out a scope of work. He started on time, early in the morning, and worked tirelessly into the night. If I didnt call it a day he probably would have worked through the night. During the project I added work that in turn caused some scheduling conflicts. Bill came in the next day (Saturday) postponing his family plans to help me out. We still have another days worth of work scheduled. He actually refused payment until he was completely done, but I paid him anyways for the hours he worked. I highly recommend Bill for your contractor needs. Bill is absolutely amazing! We had a complete renovation done on our bathroom. He was very responsive, on-time, let us know if anything needed to be done differently or let us know of any issues. He is funny too which makes working with him even that much better! We will definitely be hiring him for future projects around the house! Steve did a great job and went above and beyond assembling and installing a set of barn doors in a custom open loft area that proved to be tricky. He made multiple modifications to the doors (shipped from amazon) to make them look perfect. Would highly recommend!

Every job is unique and requires approaching it accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to accommodate the customer in every way. First we will find out when it is convenient for them to meet and set up a time to get together. Then we will determine what their needs are and decide upon the best course of action.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Union trained journeyman rough and finish carpenter. Professionally trained commercial diver- 8 years in the trade. Piledrivers, Divers Local 2396 Seattle. Salvage of the EXXON VALDEZ highlight of my term.
