We got estimates from 5 different contractors and I&E was the most reasonable. It took us some time to make the final decision but am so happy we went with Ivan and the team. Every single member made certain to do the job right. They made our 1972 bathroom look brand new-new tub, tiling (beautiful tile work!) vanity, flooring, texture, paint, trim and door work. They communicated daily,, arrived on time, and left the place clean.. Every single person was great to work with and the job was completed on time. My new bathroom is now my favorite room in the house. I would not hesitate to have I&E do any future work in our hone.

Ivan and his team did a great job on our small bathroom remodel. They took it down to the studs and rebuilt it into what seems like a much larger space, even though it's only 37 sq feet. Alex the plumber, Mark the carpenter, and Serge the master tile layer, are all top notch professionals, and Ivan planned out their work masterfully to make the project stunning. We are very happy with their work!
