I purchased a ceiling fan through Lowe’s and opted for professional installation due to our ceiling being over 20 feet high. Lowe’s uses Thumbtack for installation services, which is how we were connected.

The fan was installed without any issues, and the work was completed efficiently and professionally. In addition to the fan installation, I reached out through Thumbtack to ask if they could install a few additional electrical outlets in our home. They were happy to accommodate the request and completed the additional work at a very reasonable price.

Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of the work and would definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

My only minor critique would be the initial introduction upon arrival. The technician said hello, came inside, and immediately got to work, but never formally introduced himself. I believe his name was Jason, but I’m not completely certain. A quick introduction would have made the experience feel a little more personable and professional.

That said, the quality of the work was excellent, and I would recommend them to others looking for electrical services.
