What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My typical pricing is $100 an hour billed in .25 hour increments 1 hour minimum. Often my rate is dropped to $80 an hour when seeking new clients. I also offer $80 an hour as a senior discount. I will always aim to be fair with pricing and make sure you get the value you pay for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to be sure I can complete the project to the clients satisfaction. So this sometimes involves speaking on the phone prior to a home visit to resolve the issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 year experience using technology in many different capacities. I like to say there has never been a technical problem I could not solve.
