Because of our striving to be thorough and of a higher quality level we typically charge more. Less likely to be adding multiple adds or change orders due to lack of experience and being thorough.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building lasting relationships is our primary goal. People matter. Everything flows from there. We then discuss the parameters of their individual project(s). Including the various levels of quality construction along with budgets. Customizing the work with the financial resources available, without cutting quality.
