About
Virtue exclusively serves as a commercial a dryer vent cleaning company. That means, unlike most businesses which offer dryer vent cleaning as a side service—your dryer ducts are our sole focus. But Virtue is founded on the principle that businesses like our exist not to do a job or simply generate income, we are here to love and serve the people. That is why we are expanding into the residential space after only being open to commercial housing complexes. We want to build relationships and work with the people that make this beautiful place what it is. We look forward to helping keep your home safe and your appliances running efficiently. As we believe in transparency and appreciate the beauty of simplicity, our services have a simple, flat rate of $150.00. Each visit includes a deep compressed-air cleaning of your entire dryer duct. Many contractors who offer vent cleaning will show up with a brush that is fed up your vent and pulled back down... but these are notorious for only cleaning the first few feet of a vent or even pushing lint up your vent and worsening the clog! Others may try to suction the lint down, but the heat and moisture leaving your dryer make vacuuming no match for stuck-on lint in your duct. Our speciality equipment enables us to perform a non-invasive (without entering your home) service that removes all debris between the back of your dryer, all the way to your exterior vent—able to clean vents well over the residential maximum of 35ft. What else? We will remove bird nests and any other blockages to your vent without extra charge. We will never charge extra for servicing a hard to reach vent, whether it be behind landscaping, on your roof, or next to the home of a territorial squirrel. No hidden costs. Ever. ***Ask about our discounts or how vent cleaning protects your home from excess fire risk. We look forward to working with you!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have a flat rate of $150.00. No additional fees—EVER!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After reaching out, our team will contact you right away. After addressing any questions, we can then move forward with a time and day that works best for you! We are able to schedule services as early as 6:30am Mon-Sat until 6:00pm. Virtue prioritizes catering to our customers' needs, regardless of what your day or week may look like. We encourage you to provide any desired property access instructions, as well as information on whether or not you will be home or would like us to make in-person contact when we arrive. We contact you before we arrive, then once more when we do. After the requested service is completed, we clean up all debris removed from the work space, and leave you a message with a photo once completed.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Virtue certifies every one of our technicians through an internal education system. They are trained in practical skills and knowledge, as well as assessed for customer service skills matching our company's expectations. As no perfect accreditation program exists for this line of service, we act as our own quality control, though technicians are still encouraged to seek third party credentials, as we do offer continued educational support.
