My experience as a Construction Management has brought me the knowledge to view even the smallest tasks and see the most cost effective means to complete both in quantity and quality and always on schedule. We had Gavin do a variety of items (reconnect a bathroom vanity, hang a mirror, install bathroom items, install closet door guides, vertical blinds in the dining room, reconnect the kitchen sink, reconnect an electric cooktop and install smoke/carbon monoxide detectors). He was a great communicator before he arrived to verify the time he needed to arrive (had to coordinate with a countertop installer and carpet shampoo company). He arrived on time, very personable and asked if there was any additional work. Gavin is very nice and performed everything on our list without hesitation.

Gavin and his group have done a wonderful job. We are getting our house ready to sell and had quite a list of projects to be done. Much to my surprise and delight he has been able to complete nearly everything on the list. I will definitely use him for future projects.
