Cicely stages a condo in downtown Tacoma for me. She did an absolutely amazing job. The furniture was perfect for the newly renovated unit. She even went above and beyond and went and took photos of the surrounding Tacoma neighborhood and had them framed as decor. Definitely will be using her again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Home staging prices will vary significantly depending on the needs of the client. Fees start at $400 for one room that already has decor and furnishing and client does not need any additional selling preparation services (declutter & depersonalize). Please contact us for more pricing information.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process includes a free one hour consultation (in person or via email/photos), space planning and design plan (color and styling decisions), set up, light cleaning, and breakdown.
