I have been managing my own rental properties for about 45 years. I recently sold a property that had old windows that were defective and had to be replaced. The folks at Wcv were the best to work with, based on all those years of window and siding issues I have dealt with over the years. The house was in an area where it is difficult to obtain quality professional, reasonably priced contracting services. Wcv truly exceeded my stringent criteria for all those contractor qualities. Even when we had a late change in the job requirements, they maintained that high level for professionalism. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars; they actually helped us save the sale of this home.
Great company to work with. Jamie handled the project efficiently from start to finish. Bob did an excellent job installing. The windows are beautiful and function very well. I highly recommend this company.

Even though we didn’t have the opportunity to work with Jamie, I appreciated him taking the time to speak to us and let us know that we didn’t need a full window replacement and would only need the glasses replaced. He took the time to educate us and saved us a lot of money.
Working with Jaime, Bob, and the crew was fantastic. Super responsive and kept me up to date even through the pandemic. They showed up on time, did a great job, and were very pleasant to work with. I love our new windows!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I call them ask a few questions about the project schedule a day and time to meet with them show the customer the product answer any questions explain install and warranty it only takes about 45mins I also give the price right there and I don’t email it because I know time can be a factor
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father being with him was the best training anyone could have he has done this business since the 50s
