We offer a free first consultation to understand your needs and determine the best solution. . Individual tax returns typically start at $500 and monthly bookkeeping from $350 plus consultation fees. For companies Pricing is based on the complexity of work We’re upfront with all costs, and there are no hidden fees. Custom invoices are provided after the consultation to ensure fairness and accuracy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free initial consultation (by phone or Zoom) to understand your needs and goals. Then, we review your documents and provide a clear quote and timeline. Once we agree and sign the agreement, we’ll handle the work whether it’s tax filing, bookkeeping, or cleanup with regular updates along the way. We focus on accuracy, transparency, and making the process as simple as possible for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team includes individuals with MBAs, BBAs, and formal training in accounting and tax preparation, along with IRS PTIN holders, and 20 years of hands-on experience working with individuals, small businesses, and nonprofits. We stay current with tax law changes and bookkeeping standards through continuing education, and we use industry-standard software like QuickBooks, Drake, TurboTax, and others to deliver accurate, professional results.
