Even during the uncertainty of these crazy times. These men were professional and always communicating with me about everything. Even though there were set backs they still deserve 5 stars because it was out of their control. My new gas line for my new gas stove it's incredible! I would hire them again!

I would give 18000 Stars to this company if that was an option! I am so completely satisfied with the services I received through Steadfast. Beginning with Brandy who was super understanding and compassionate. She immediately got to work on finding the soonest time she could get out to my house which was the same day even though I live out in Lacey. She reassured me that I was in good hands and she was absolutely correct. Blaine was on time and also super friendly. They are a great team and you can tell that they are very compassionate and actually care about the people they're doing business for. Slane has all the same equipment as those bigger companies I never felt like I was missing out on any sort of services that those others could have provided. After one of the bigger companies who quoted me an astronomical amount of money just to dig up my septic, not even guarantee that they could find out the issue -I called steadfast and I'm so glad I did! The entire job was fraction of the cost of the other company's quote just to diagnose the issue. On top of that he showed me how I could potentially fix the issue myself in the future, which was huge for my family. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for everything you guys did. I am a lifetime customer, and would never go anywhere else again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job or situation is different. I have been plumbing eighteen years so I have a firm grasp on what parts will be needed, how much those parts will cost me, how long the job will probably take to complete, and what additional variables may affect the cost. After this many years in the business, estimating a fair price is second nature. I always give a price upfront, and I honor the price I give my customer prior to starting the work. More often than not, I run into unforeseen circumstances and I just handle it if I can, without even mentioning it to the customer. I'm a firm believer in the golden rule, and I'm passionate about taking care of people.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do my best to make them feel comfortable. I genuinely care for people, so seeing someone in a difficult situation is hard for me. I do my best to establish a relationship with my customers so they understand that I care about their situation and will do my best to help them. In today's world it's almost impossible to know who can be trusted because integrity has become a rare human quality. I'm old school. When I got started plumbing, your handshake was your bond and a man's word meant something. I run my business on those principals. I want my customers to know I'm there to take care of their problem and I won't stop until it's fully resolved and I've exceeded their expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licenced in both IPC and UPC, which means I have a licence to plumb in any state in the US. My licence is valid for residential and commercial properties. If it's plumbing related, I've done it all.
