Joe was very courteous, excellent communication for ETA, and did an AMAZING job installing our new gas stove/oven! Very professional and knowledgeable, Joe was able to help us with re-installing a wall switch that had to be removed so the appliances would fit through the entry and hallway - Lifesaver is what Joe is as well as a very good natured guy!

Both times Joe has been to our home to repair appliances we have been very satisfied. He is very thorough and very prompt. He repaired a washing machine and an ice maker in our refrigerator. The ice maker had to be replaced. He ordered the replacement and it was installed the next day. Very satisfied.

Joe responded quickly to my inquiry, got me on his schedule for the very next day, showed up on time, and fixed my gas oven right away! He had the parts needed for the repair in his truck and completed the job in about an hour. He also helped diagnose a problem with a thermostat installed by another technician and gave me free advice on how to fix it. Would absolutely hire Joe again!
