Joe worked us into his schedule very quickly. He was knowledgeable and professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. I'd use him again if i have other issues with appliances.

Joe was communicative, prompt, helpful, effective, and wholly professional. My dishwasher wouldn't clean. Joe came by the next day, and while Joe did the heavy lifting, so to speak, he also suggested an easy fix that I could do myself and save a few bucks. He offers a military and law enforcement discount as well. I will ALWAYS call Joe in the future when I have appliance repair needs.

Great! I had a latch that was broken on my dishwasher and a dryer that needed the plug switched out. He gave me a call when he was on his way. He took time to explain to me what he was doing. Great job! I will be calling him again!
