They remodeled my bathroom. Alex walked me thru the entire process and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. They never tried to upcharge me like other companies have done on previous projects I've done. Very professional and relaible.

I hired Alex to re-do my flooring and address a cat urine smell in my home office. He completed the job, however the smell came back more strongly- come to find out the wrong Killz was applied under the laminate to address the odor.
I let him know right away and he promised to address this issue and “make it right.”
He agreed to come today and tomorrow to fix the situation and re-install the flooring. I texted and called with no response. He just didn’t bother to show up or at least let me know he couldn’t/wasn’t coming.
So disappointing.
