FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer good competitive prices to my customers while keeping quality my number 1 focus. I work very hard with my customers 1 on 1 to give them the very best job for there budget. I have worked on high end homes for 22+ years and have an elite set of skills. That being said I may not always be the cheapest option, but I am definitely the best option. I look forward to working with you to create your dream space.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with an introductory phone call to learn the customers flooring needs. Such as what material do they want installed, what's the square footage, is there materials needed to be removed, etc. From there I will schedule a time for a consultation where I will come out and measure your space, and go over your exact flooring needs. I will then put together an estimate and send it to you via email. If you agree to the terms I will add you to the schedule, and then get your project done as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by my dad who an expert in the flooring trades with over 40 years of running his own business. I go to classes multiple times a year to stay educated on the latest products and installation procedures. Im Wedi, Schluter and Hydroblock certified.
