It's pretty hard to find someone to do a well water test sampling in short notice since all the drillers are too busy to come by. He also find couple of more deficiencies that the previous inspector missed. Good work mike!

Mike was very punctual about everything he promised and did everything we asked and then went above and beyond to look over more parts of our house to make sure he could provide a comprehensive report on what our roof and attic needed. We will be able to provide the full 11 page report to roofing contractors when they come out to give us a quote.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most prices in home inspecting are market driven. I feel my prices are competitive and add value
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening is key. At the beginning of each inspection after the meet and greet, I always ask the client "what issues or concerns do you have with this house ". As I inspect the house I make sure to hilight their concerns in my inspection report. Not leaving out the rest of the house.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After I retired I went to school in Lacey WA at SGA school of home inspecting. Where I completed my required 120hrs of class and 40hrs or 5 inspections. Then took the Wa/national exam and passed on the first time.
