The team was easy to work with and very responsive. They came out to look at the tree, provided a quote, completed the work as discussed, and cleaned up all the debris afterward. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend them.

Two parts to the contract; 1) bring tree down, cut rounds, remove debris; 2) grind stump below ground level. Tree was brought down, bucked up and debris removed. Waiting on stump grinding to complete project.

These guys were amazingly fast, careful around the rest of the landscaping, and were efficient with clean up and stacking the tree wood left on property. I would recommend them for any job!

Northern Craft is awesome! They were super prompt responding to me on Thumbtack. Then sent out a very knowledgeable and helpful employee to look at the trees I wanted cut and provided me with great advice on saving the tree (pruning back) or removing. I love that their first goal is to save the tree if possible, but in my case and based on my goals we decided to remove the tree. On the first day of service to remove the trees, I saw them arrive through my window, cooked breakfast and literally 25 mins later my trees were gone and so were they lol! The second appointment, they came to take care of the stumps. Again, fast and thorough service. Pricing was some of the best quoted and they followed through with quality service. Highly recommend, don’t hesitate!!!!

It’s been great working with NCTS. They came to my house for the assessment promptly, were honest and professional, quickly sent me a reasonable quote, etc… The crew came over right on time and did a great job very quickly, cleaned up all of the debris, and were out in no time. I will definitely hire them again in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our projects have a $500.00 minimum. We offer senior, military, first responders and a referral discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with our receptionist who will get all your information (name, phone number, email, and site address) to set a free consultation with one of our certified arborists, then once the appointment is over the arborist will send an email proposal, once the proposal is accepted our crew scheduler will give you a welcome call, and find a time that works best to schedule a crew to come and do the work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with both commercial (businesses, restaurants, etc.) and personal properties ( homes, rentals, Air BnBs, ect.)
