If you’re not sure whether to use Slam Dump, just read the reviews, I did and I have no regrets. Their company as a whole is very responsive and highly professional. I had Sunny, who was absolutely amazing and very patient with me. He was completely flexible and never complained about my living situation(you have to use a key several times to maneuver through my building as well as no elevator and on the third floor). When I asked if he could take two more things that weren’t mentioned in the original conversation, he responded with an immediate yes. I also really appreciate their punctuality because I had them come remove my stuff the day before I was moving out of state so I was really worried about canceling or rescheduling. But, they reassured me that they would be there and kept me updated on how far away they were, which I greatly appreciated and it relieved a lot of stress. So I just wanted to say, thank you, Sunny and SlamDunks for helping me with my junk.

These guys were great! They removed some junk from a new place I moved to in Mukilteo and then went down to Seattle to my old place to remove more stuff. The price was extremely reasonable! Everybody was professional and very friendly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The way we price is by volume. The amount of space you take in the trailer. Snohomish county residents are charged $450 for a full trailer and King county residents $550 for a full trailer. Dump fees are $100 more per ton in king county. For example if you live in king county and you fill half of the trailer, you'll be charged $275 flat fee, no hidden extra fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We only ask for pictures and a quick description of the items needed to be disposed of along with a description of the ease of access to the items.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for junk removal companies for the last 10yrs and am now the owner of my own company.
