I request junkremoval for 2 couches and a coffee table. We were able to schedule something for 2 days later after 5pm. I had been considering renting a U-Haul and going to a transfer station myself but I am SO GLAD we used this service instead. They were efficient and they were the lowest quote I got in advance. No added fees, truly an excellent service for a lower cost. They said they deliver boxes furniture and other services as well. 10/10 will call again.

I had a pile of boxes and mixed garbage sitting in my garage since my daughter was born I’ve been ignoring. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The way we price is by volume. The amount of space you take in the trailer. Snohomish county residents are charged $450 for a full trailer and King county residents $550 for a full trailer. Dump fees are $100 more per ton in king county. For example if you live in king county and you fill half of the trailer, you'll be charged $275 flat fee, no hidden extra fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We only ask for pictures and a quick description of the items needed to be disposed of along with a description of the ease of access to the items.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for junk removal companies for the last 10yrs and am now the owner of my own company.
