I sent my laptop in after purchasing it used, he was able to reset the system and removed all the junk including several profiles that were no longer needed. He was great to work with and had to sent back to me in just a couple of days.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been extremely curious since I can remember, taking everything i got my hands on. I started building computers as a teen, and continue to currently.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My last build was a gaming machine that was powerful enough to stay relevant for several years, yet keep to an extremely tight budget. I was able to complete my current tower in just a couple months, and stayed within a budget $1200.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When I'm working with a customer on a new build, I ask questions about your budget, as well as needs and wants, how the system will be. . I've found it to be very helpful when you have these written down, along with any questions you may have.
