Introduction: My work stands out because I do as good of a job for a fraction of the cost. My quoted prices are always negotiable, just give me a call and we may be able to find a price that works for both of us. I can afford to do this because I am the sole employee and occasionally hire a friend's assistance when needed I am not working to make someone else rich, I am just trying to support me and my two girls. I enjoy and am good at what I do. It's a great feeling of satisfaction to look at a completed job and say I did that and it looks good.

David was hired to install 2 windows and a French Door.He arrived ready for work with his helper Matt and they went right at it. I was impressed with the work ethic as well as the courteous and pleasant way they worked. The door was larger than the opening and they worked tirelesssly to make it fit correctly.I highly recommend David...Thanks for the referral..We had used a different carpenter on the previous doors we have had installed,,,There is no comparison ...David is extremely good at this....Hire him

David is an outstanding Handy man. He built a deck rail for me and installed a dishwasher for me. He is on time, completes the work in the time frame he quoted me and was spot on what materials I need to get. He built the deck rail just like the picture and he always double checked with me before, during and after the job to be sure I was happy. I highly recommend David to anyone that needs a handy man. I have recommended him to many of my friends and will keep his number handy so I can hire him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally I charge $30/hr. but if someone wants a flat rate quote I am willing to do that also sometimes just need to see the project first to determine what it will take to do it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Do whatever it takes to make them happy
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing all the maintenance on my house since my Dad became disabled in 1993 when I was 13. I have been doing all the maintenance on a friend of mines rental properties since 2009. I have just recently started trying to get jobs on here and have gotten good reviews on the ones I've got.
