My work stands out because I do as good of a job for a fraction of the cost. My quoted prices are always negotiable, just give me a call and we may be able to find a price that works for both of us. I can afford to do this because I am the sole employee and occasionally hire a friend's assistance when needed I am not working to make someone else rich, I am just trying to support me and my two girls. I enjoy and am good at what I do. It's a great feeling of satisfaction to look at a completed job and say I did that and it looks good.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally I charge $30/hr. but if someone wants a flat rate quote I am willing to do that also sometimes just need to see the project first to determine what it will take to do it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing all the maintenance on my house since my Dad became disabled in 1993 when I was 13. I have been doing all the maintenance on a friend of mines rental properties since 2009. I have just recently started trying to get jobs on here and have gotten good reviews on the ones I've got.
