Steven was fabulous to work with. He was right on time, reviewed the job and gave me a complete estimate before he started. He did a wonderful job on my windows and was even able to accommodate me when I added a few more items to the list. I asked him to include my screens, window tracks and roof gutters. He actually gave up some Saturday family time for me to do it. He worked fast, did an awesome job and left no mess behind. I really appreciated the effort he put into his work. My windows have never looked better and believe me, they were a mess. He will be my go to window guy from now on and I will certainly refer him to family and friends. I give him an excellent rating on all categories.

The work was easy to schedule, the team showed up right on time and were flexible (I forgot they were coming, and wasn't super prepared). It was raining, and Steven assured me that they'd be back to fix anything that wasn't done to my satisfaction. No need, as my windows look great -- even done in the rain!

I was out of town and Steven was very kind and patient while my father (who's English isn't very good) was explaining to him what he wanted done. He did excellent work in cleaning the exterior of our windows and did amazing work bringing the interior windows back to life. Steven also went above and beyond and showed my father how to remove the screens to save us money for the future. Definitely will be using his services again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not like to give pricing without seeing the project. I can almost guarentee that I will be the best value for your project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a time to go over the project with all parties present and uninterrupted. this allows the customer and myself to properly establish the scope of work to be done. Eliminating misunderstandings and confusion. I will always make the time to meet you in person and evaluate how I can help your business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this industry for several years. taken all trainings offered. including putting myself through college while working this industry full time.
