FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in 100% pricing transparency, which means you will receive a detailed, line-by-line estimate before any work begins—there are absolutely no hidden fees or surprise charges. Our pricing reflects the high quality of structural hardware, premium materials (like long-lasting composites), and the professional craftsmanship required to build a project that lasts for decades. We quote on a project-by-project basis to ensure you only pay for exactly what your specific design requires, and we are always happy to discuss different material or layout options to help align the project with your realistic budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is built on clear communication and transparency from start to finish: 1. Initial Consultation: We begin with a detailed discussion to understand your vision, needs, and project goals. 2. Site Visit & Measurement: I perform a thorough on-site analysis to take precise measurements, evaluate structural needs, and discuss material options. 3. Detailed Estimate: You receive a transparent, comprehensive quote breaking down the costs, materials, and expected timeline. 4. Execution: Once approved, we schedule the project and handle the construction with a high focus on craftsmanship and keeping the workspace clean. 5. Final Walkthrough: We review the finished project together to ensure every detail meets our high standards and your complete satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on, real-world experience in the construction industry, backed by professional licensing. As a registered General Contractor, I stay up to date with the latest local building codes, structural requirements, and safety regulations. Additionally, I constantly educate myself on the installation specifications of industry-leading materials (such as Trex and Azek) to ensure that every project we build not only looks outstanding but is also fully compliant and built to last for decades.
