My journey as a Pilates instructor began years ago when I first discovered my passion for movement and wellness. I started with mat Pilates and later earned my certification through Merrithew, deepening my knowledge and skills. Recently, I took another step forward and became certified by Balanced Body for Reformer Pilates. I absolutely love teaching in my cozy, small home studio, where I offer private, personalized sessions. Helping individuals connect with their bodies and improve their movement is truly fulfilling—it’s more than a job; it’s my passion.

Working with Leila has been a great experience. She takes the time to explain the movements and ensures they are done safely and effectively. She listens to my questions/requests and adjusts the workouts to best suit me. Her pilates space is clean and comfortable. She is easy to communicate with and flexible with scheduling.
