10/10 service, the team came to my home they were efficient, professional and left my house sparkling clean! i love that they dont use harsh chemicals as i am allergic to most cleaning products. they even helped me reorganize my kitchen pantry. i paid extra to have them fold and hang some laundry. i have never been happier with a cleaning service

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a simple no haggle pricing plan. We charge by the square footage (aka "the job"), and depth of clean. We are also able to add on piece work when requested.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving your request we will email you a proposal based upon the information we have collected about your home. At this time we can answer any questions that you may have and address any additional requests, as well as tailor a personal package for you.
Once we have come up with a package for your needs, we will give you a quote for the first time clean, as well as maintenance cleaning. We will collect payment information and book your first appointment to move forward with cleaning your home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Even though we have been cleaning for over 20 years now, we are always learning about new products and techniques to better serve you.
Cleaning products have come so far since we started back in 2001. We are looking forward to what the next 20 years will bring!
