- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard Pricing to me is treating everyone out there like I would treat my own mother. Just being honest and trustworthy. I do not take advantage of people so please don't take advantage of my kindness.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer is all about earning there trust. I am a man of my word and have to show them I mean what I say.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a ROOFER now for 15 yrs. And so I know this stuff like the back of my hand. Waterproofing is what I do. I'm good at it. And enjoy it and that's what matters. I BELIEVE too and that's a big part of being good at what you do.
