Introduction: My service stands out from all the rest I feel because I pay attention to detail -flashing, valleys, etc. I don't cut any corners. And if I do it's with my hook blade in my utility knife on the roof.....Lol. My customer relations also stand out because even after the roof is done after a storm or in the fall I will stop out to see you and make sure your roof is ok and I will clean your gutters out free of charge. And I will remain to do that for you for the first few years. Anytime after that I will have to send you a invoice. Lol I love this kind of work because I love helping people out. Especially older folks, I'm a sucker for the elderly. Other than that I like the business part because I think these roofing company's are charging way to much. I'm not out here trying to get rich. I'm just out here trying to make a buck and if I make more than that well than that's a good day.

Standard Pricing to me is treating everyone out there like I would treat my own mother. Just being honest and trustworthy. I do not take advantage of people so please don't take advantage of my kindness.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer is all about earning there trust. I am a man of my word and have to show them I mean what I say.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a ROOFER now for 15 yrs. And so I know this stuff like the back of my hand. Waterproofing is what I do. I'm good at it. And enjoy it and that's what matters. I BELIEVE too and that's a big part of being good at what you do.
