- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our customers will spend $1000-1500 with us for their wedding. Unfortunately, we aren't able to accept jobs with a budget of less than $1,000 in most cases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We require that all new wedding couples come to meet us at our office in Kennewick, or via Skype if they live out of town! This way we can make sure we're a good fit for the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ALWAYS. We check the Top Charts for every genre at least once a week, and download new songs every Friday. We also network with a group of more than 50 DJs nationwide on a weekly basis, so that we can stay on top of the latest technology available, software releases, and client preferences.
