I am happy with the work. They did the best they could with my 23 year old furnace that was on it's last legs. Gave good/ fair feedback on whether it was worth spending money on replacing major components or investing in a new unit. Tech was not pushing me either way, he explained everything and answered my questions and left the choice to me. It was a comfortable approach on his part. They ended up finding a cracked heat exchanger that was allowing carbon monoxide in the house- appreciate them testing for it and catching that.
