- Martial Arts Program -
In our martial arts classes you will find a mixed-martial arts curriculum of skills. Our main focus is on modified mixed-martial arts (controlled contact sparring which involves kicking, punching, throws, grappling, and submissions) and self-defense training. In our curriculum we combine all of these elements together to give the student a skill set in each range of combat and in the different format of sport versus self-defense. Our goal is develop good competitors for those who want to compete and good self-defense concepts for those who want to have a basic ability to defend themselves. Everybody in the class will get into great shape, have fun, and learn new things that will better their lives. Personal growth is an important component to our program, so plan on challenging yourself in many ways that may not include just kicks and punches.

Mondays & Wednesdays (Basics): 5:00 - 5:45pm
Tuesday & Thursdays (All Levels) 7:30pm - 9:00pm
Fridays (Open Gym Format) 6:30pm - 7:30pm
- Fitness Kickboxing Program -
Exercise can be fun, fulfilling, and festive and this class will prove it. This class takes simple martial arts techniques and combines them with the music, excitement, and energy of an aerobics class to give the student a fun way to get into great shape. This class guarantees that you will:
-Increase your overall strength and body tone.
-Decrease fat mass and increase muscle.
-Release stress and aggression in a positive way.
-Develop a stronger mind-set in self-disciple and perseverance.
-Specifically tone and tighten the arms, abs, and legs through kickboxing techniques.

- Self-Defense Privates -
Do you have a basic game plan?
This program is designed to fit the student with some simple tools and strategies to deal with common self-defense situations. Through a number of private or semi-private lessons, the student will be able to address these common self-defense situations as well as any other particular concerns they might have. The great value in this program is that we tailor it to fit each particular students strengths and weaknesses. It is also a shortened condensed program to give the student some quick tools and skills. In this format, the student will set up their class schedule according to what works best for their time line and goals.
