Incredible, professional, amazing individual! I tasked Yuryi with replacing my back deck railing. He needed to match the existing railing with that my husband had designed and started building. No problem! It is beautiful and was accomplished in one day. I have received multiple compliments on my railing! KY Construction was prompt with its quote and working timeline. The quote was reasonable and the work was quality. I definitely recommend KY Construction. I have hopes of them accepting another project from me!

This guy was so badass! We needed install of stair skirt board trim. The tread was already installed so it was a tricky job to get it cut perfectly. No problem! Yuriy got it done fast and beautifully. I have no idea how he did it or what math equation he has to know to figure out those cuts, but he did it and it looks fantastic. Very reasonable price for something that would have never been able to be done by us. Highly recommend him!
