John Gish was amazing. He would answer all my calls immediately. They packed up and up and delivered my belongings into my new home. They fast ,professional and respectful with my belongings. I would recommend this company to anyone. I will definitely be using them again even for local moves

So this review is monthsssssss overdue, but now that I'm back om land I had to write one for these guys. This was my first time using movers through Thumbtack, and I was already stressing because I had gotten last minute orders to deploy. I had super short notice on when my fly out date would be and I was scrambling trying to arrange movers to put my stuff in storage, packing what I was gonna take with me, arranging apartment cleaning and selling my car. These guys completely took that packing and putting on storage stress off my shoulders. They were super quick, friendly and efficient. All I did was put the things I was gonna take with me in a corner and these guys too care of the rest. They disassembled my furniture items, wrapped them all up, boxed up all my clothes, kitchen stuff etc. Sealed everything tight so it wouldn't get messed up during the winter since I had an outside storage unit. Btw is was also snowing during during time this happened and these guys still showed up on time and put in work. My car got stuck in the snow a few times while I showed them which storage unit was mine and they were so kind to help me out both times lol. Payment process was upfront and easy. Communication is A1, and as I mentioned before they are so friendly, accommodating, and hard working. Now that I'm coming back to the states. I will 100% be messaging them to move me back in.
Oh I almost forgot to mention that they also detrashed my apartment and cleaned up any mess thay was made from packing process.

I had a last minute move (same day) and John was very responsive and helpful in asking all of my questions. I’ve never hired movers before so it was extremely helpful on how transparent John was about the whole process and pricing. I’ll definitely be using them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is set at 100 an hour for two movers. I can give flat rates for smaller jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I explain to the customer how I price the job. after we have come to an agreement we set a date and time for the move. I will then ask the customer what their needs are when it comes to packing material such as boxes. I will get an idea of what I need for the job to make sure that we are prepared. After I have confirmed with the customer the date,time,pricing, and packing/equipment needs I will then take down their phone number as well as the address where the move will begin. It is at this point where the customer will be scheduled for the date given and the reservation will be complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the moving industry since 2014. My experience comes from many years of hard work and dedication to giving the best service I can to every one of my customers.
