Pure Water was great! They arrived early and called before. This is the first time we have ever used them. We already had an existing system in place and were nervous they were going try to talk us into changing everything. They were wonderful and worked with what we had. They were friendly, quick and knowledgeable, we will use them again

Ive had a wonderful experience with Pure Water Northwest(PNW). I originally purchased a system from a national water filtration company, with little understanding about the complexities of water sourced from a well. I quickly realized, six months after purchasing the national companys system that it was inadequate for our well water. They simply did not understand our local water.Thats when I called Pure Water Northwest and discovered their expertise in working with our water conditions. Luckily I was able to get a refund from the national water company and hire PWN.
